Winter Tatra Mountains of Slovakia
I’m really excited to have partnered up with Alena from Tatra Escapes for an adventure to the authentic and unspoiled Tatra Mountains of Slovakia.
Activities on the trip:

- Staying 2 minutes from a medieval town
Our activities will take us to Slovakia’s beautiful National Parks were we will be staying a 2 minute walk away from a historic and medieval town centre at a lovely privately owned bed and breakfast. Poprad town is a 20 minute walk away. Both towns have bars and restaurants.
There will be a WhatsApp group set up prior the event so you ladies can organise travel and get chatting before the trip. We will also inform you of all the things you need to bring.

Accommodation
Our accommodation is a privately owned bed and breakfast with a 15 minute walk to the historic and medieval town centre.
The price is based on two attendees sharing a twined room with an ensuite room. Rooms will be allocated randomly, unless specified otherwise. There is also an option to book a private room at an additional cost of £80 (total price £959 for a private en-suite room). Confirmation of prices and a payment plan is below.
All private rooms have a double bed and ensuite and the shared rooms have two double beds and a kitchenette.
Itinerary
Day 1
Morning
Arrival, welcome meeting & settle in.
Afternoon / Evening
Relax or optional waterpark or spa.
Day 2
Day Time
Breakfast, followed by a hike to the frozen waterfalls and an afternoon of sledding down the snowy hills.
Evening
Free time, optional activities include water park and spa visit.
Day 3
Day Time
Breakfast, followed by a morning Husky riding. Optional afternoon of a snowy hike to Popradske lake.
Opportunity to have a Slovakian lunch/refreshments at a mountain hut and walk on the frozen lake!
Evening
Free time, optional activities include water park and spa visit.
Day 4
Day Time
Breakfast followed by a snowshoeing hiking trip to Low Tatras Mountains.
Afternoon/Evening
Free time to relax.
Day 5
Breakfast, say our goodbyes and depart.
Optional Extra – Evening Event
We will also arrange an optional evening meal at a Slovakian restaurant for those that want to experience traditional Slovakian food, music and culture. This price is 40 euros per person and includes dinner and transfers from and to the
restaurant. This will be offered & organised in the WhatsApp Group closer to the event. Vegetarian & Vegan options are available.
