Sarah will be leading the hike, and Julie will guide you through the yoga sessions. To learn more about them, head over to Emma & The Team.
Please bring: walking boots or trainers, socks, water, any personal medication, a day rucksack, and comfortable clothing you can move in. You’ll also need a waterproof jacket, hat, gloves (if it’s cold), and extra layers for the walk. Many people also like to bring a blanket to get cosy after yoga — your body cools down quickly this time of year, so it’s lovely to wrap up warm.
Yoga mats will be provided, so no need to bring your own unless you’d prefer to.
We’ll also send you a weather update closer to the time and let you know if any extra kit will be needed.
